Another step was taken in the development of the new Uxbridge
hospital.
Earlier this week Oak valley health presented their latest visual of
what the 192 bed care facility would look like.
Uxbridge Regional Councillor Bruce Garrod took his followers behind
the curtain on social media so that they too could get a look at the
new hospital.
Garrod also went on to thank the township staff, the Uxbridge
auxiliary foundation and all others that are involved in this huge
project that will help our community grow.
Air Canada has begun canceling flights to prepare for a potential
strike by the flight attendants.
Air Canada and the Union that represents the flight attendance have
been going back and forth and are at an impasse when it comes to a
new contract.

The union issued a 72-hour strike notice last night which means that
the flight attendance can legally strike as of Saturday.
If your flight is canceled you will be notified by Air Canada and issued
a full refund.
