The region is warning drivers that Zephyr Road between Concession 5 and Concession 6 is closed until November 2026 for the replacement of the Laurie Bridge. Violators could face fines of up to $3,000 for individuals and $15,000 for businesses, while anyone who sees dangerous drone activity near a wildfire is asked to call 9-1-1.
