The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services says that the deficits within these societies are continuing to grow and that the audit will look at issues and provide solutions. Although Rogers does still hold the exclusive rights for the NHL in Canada, they did sign a deal with Amazon Prime over the summer to allow the streaming giant to have Monday Night Hockey as a way of reaching a new audience.
